Submission Preparation Checklist
Authors must confirm the following items before proceeding with submission. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned.

This submission has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal.

The manuscript fits within the Aims and Scope of Health Innovation Journal.

All authors have made significant contributions to the work and meet the ICMJE authorship criteria. All listed authors have approved the final version.

Ethical approval from the relevant Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Ethics Committee has been obtained and is attached (if applicable).

Any patient or participant consent forms have been secured where required.

The similarity index is below 19%, with no single source exceeding 5% (checked via Turnitin or equivalent).

The manuscript includes the following, in order:

Cover Letter

Title Page (with author names, affiliations, corresponding author contact details)

Main Manuscript (blinded version)

Figures and Tables (with appropriate captions)

References are formatted according to the Vancouver style, with 60% from the last five years.

The manuscript adheres to word count and formatting guidelines specific to the article category (e.g., Original Article, Review, Case Report).

All data and materials necessary to support the findings are included or available in a public repository (if applicable), and data sharing has been disclosed.

All permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted material used (figures, tables, charts, etc.).

Any conflicts of interest, funding sources, or acknowledgments are disclosed within the manuscript.
